- Acting in property transactions such as property acquisitions, sales and leasing (commercial and retail)
- Acting for property developers including a variety of large and small scale developments, for example acting for a property developer in the acquisition of a multimillion dollar development properties, establishing a variety of off-the-plan contracts for a staged development, and acting on the sale of the sub-divided lots
- Mergers and acquisitions of a broad range of businesses and companies (boutique to large businesses)
- Setting up franchise systems on behalf of clients and advising franchisees in relation to franchise systems
- Drafting leases on behalf of landlords including major shopping centres, large commercial centres and smaller ‘strip mall shop’
- Advising tenants on a wide variety of leases for boutique style businesses to large corporate leases
- Providing advice on structuring of and establishing companies and trusts
- Providing advice on restructuring for a variety of clients
- Acting on behalf employees and employers in industrial dispute law
- Providing advice to directors and shareholders of companies in relation to compliance with legislative requirements and their rights
- Legislation compliance work including Liquor Licensing and QBSA on behalf of a number of multi-national corporations
- Acting for insolvency practitioners such as receivers, voluntary administrators, trustees in bankruptcy in the realisation of assets
- Advising clients in a variety of product and service liability agreements
- Advising clients in setting up Managed Investment Schemes and the preparation of documentation to establish such schemes
- Advising shareholders in relation to and drafting agreements between shareholders of small proprietary companies and large non-listed companies
- Advising on succession planning for shareholders in corporate entities and drafting buy-sell option agreements

- Acting on behalf of various entities in relation to intellectual property rights and infringements
- Acting on behalf of owners of properties being compulsory acquired by government bodies
- Acting in a variety of litigation including Supreme, District and Magistrates Court matters including a variety of major Supreme Court litigation and acting on behalf of major banks
