- Acting for executors of estates to obtain probate in Supreme Court of Queensland for simple estates
- Acting for next of kin to obtain letters of administration in Supreme Court of Queensland in intestacy matters
- Acting for executors in proceedings before the Supreme Court for family provision
- Acting for beneficiaries in proceedings before the Court for family provision
- Acting for clients before the Guardianship Tribunal for financial and guardian matters
- Acting for beneficiaries in proceedings before the Court in litigation involving testamentary capacity
- Litigation in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Court in Queensland
- Acting in litigation in the Supreme, County and Local Courts in New South Wales
- Appearance before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts in a variety of criminal matters
- Acting for and against a number of liquidators and bankrupt trustees in a variety of insolvency related matters
